By creating an account or using the DTFT Services app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all features — home services, the neighbourhood store, rentals, and society management.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

DTFT connects you with independent, verified service providers. When you book a service, you enter into a direct engagement with that provider. DTFT facilitates discovery, scheduling and payment but is not the provider of the underlying service.

Store listings are created by independent sellers who set their own prices, delivery radius and availability. Orders are fulfilled by the seller. DTFT is a platform that connects buyers and sellers; product quality and delivery are the seller’s responsibility.

Lease agreements, rent and deposits are between the landlord and the tenant. Digital signatures captured in the app indicate agreement to the lease terms. DTFT provides record-keeping, invoicing and reminders but is not a party to any tenancy.

Society features (maintenance billing, notices, visitor management, amenities) are administered by your society’s authorised administrators. You agree to use these features in line with your society’s rules.

Certain features require payment. Prices are shown in INR before you confirm. Applicable platform, delivery or convenience fees will be disclosed at checkout. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the service, seller or provider policy shown at the time of booking or order. Where a refund is due, it is processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines.

You agree not to misuse the app, post unlawful or misleading content, harass other users or providers, or attempt to access the services other than through the provided interface. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Providers, sellers and landlords are independent third parties. While we verify identity through KYC, DTFT does not guarantee and is not liable for the acts, omissions or quality of services delivered by them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DTFT and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services.
