We collect details you provide — name, phone number, email, address and, for certain features, KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof). We also collect usage data, device information and, with your permission, your location to show nearby stores, services and society features.

To create and manage your account, connect you with providers, sellers and landlords, process bookings, orders and payments, deliver notifications and reminders, provide support, and keep the platform safe and secure.

With your consent, we use your device location to show stores and services that deliver to your area, to pin a store or property on the map, and to match you with nearby providers. You can turn location access off in your device settings at any time.

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment partners over encrypted connections. We do not store your full card number or UPI credentials on our servers.

We share only what is necessary to deliver a service — for example, your name and address with the seller fulfilling your order, or a landlord and tenant’s details on a shared lease. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

Documents submitted for provider or lease verification are used solely to confirm identity and eligibility. Access is restricted and documents are stored securely.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit, access controls and secure infrastructure — to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work continually to protect your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

DTFT Services is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
